These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Onora.

2. Services

Onora provides online and remote services as agreed with the customer.

3. Quotations and agreements

All quotes are non-binding, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation.

4. Payment

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

Onora is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

All materials and content supplied by Onora remain the property of Onora, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
